What is Ethical Management
The Scope of Ethical Management
SK Chemicals’ ethical management means the active embodiment of SKMS (SK Management System)'s philosophy in everyday management activities. In other words, we ultimately aim to maximize the happiness of every member of society through creating value for shareholders.
Ethical Management consists of three core elements : Code, Compliance, and Consensus ("3Cs")
We provide concrete ethical guidelines for all corporate members. The code of ethics, practical guidelines, FAQ, and fair trade compliance programs are always there to guide our employees' actions and decisions.
SK Chemicals has a set of organizations and systems supporting ethical management. The Institution of Ethical Management, an affiliated institution of the Corporate Culture Department, directly supports and reinforces ethical management behavior. We also have an ethical counseling office for ethical consultation and whistle-blowing, and run a whistle-blower protection system.
Our executives and staff build a consensus in the philosophy of ethical management through systematic education. To form this sense of consensus and unity, we provide education programs and courses on ethical management, and encourage the corporate members to contribute to the society.
