●  Mvix, the best impotency drug

The No. 1 IIEF, Mvix of SK Chemical (CEO and Vice-chairman Kim Chang Geun) continues to increase its market power. Since its release in 2007, it has wide attraction for its outstanding effect, effective cost and low volume product covering light impotency patients although it is a relatively new comer.
 
*Mvix for excellent erectility ? Mvix is proud of its best IIEF. The IIEF is graded index by questionnaire survey about erectile function and intercourse satisfaction. It was developed when Pfizer developed Viagra.

The 89% of Mvix taker had an effect which is followed by Zydena (88.6%), Levitra (85%), Cialis (85%), and Viagra (82%). Professor Kim said that “Mvix is the strongest in the IIEF and stiffness of erectility in terms of pharmacokinetics. 

Mvix completed additional clinical test to verify its effect and safety to diabetes and hypertension patients. In particular, the clinical test with diabetes patients, it showed the improvement of the maximum erectility index compared with the competitive products increasing the IIEF by 9.3 point.

Besides, it endeavors to verify effect and safety of no. 1 in the IIEF with alcohol, food, and alpha blocker (with SNU hospital), and hypertension drug (with Busan Baek hospital, Seoul Asan hospital)

As such, the additional clinical test enhances its reliability providing various options to customers.

Professor Kim Je Jong, Urology department of the Korea University Anam hospital said that “the effect and safety of 5 impotency drugs were verified, but they had slight differences in side effects.” And he recommended “Mvix and Levitra for erectility and Mvix and Zydena for low side effect and low cost.”

Mvix has struggled much to achieve current growth and success. 

When it was released the brand name of Mvix was designed with 3 syllables to give some courtesy image of male‘ different to competing products with 4 syllables and ending La or Na of vocal sound.

With the combination of alphabet M that signifies Man, Macho, Male and Muscle and [vix] that sounds like Bigs or Victories, it has a meaning to [strengthen the confidence of men].

In particular, it uses [M] and inverted triangle that implies male or product as [Motif] to visualize the effect and use of the new drug. 

Started its development in 1998 in combination with SK Chemical and In2Gen, a bio venture company, it completed its pre-clinical test in 2003, the first clinical test in 2004 (with Covance in the UK), the 2nd clinical test in March 2005, and the 3rd clinical test in March 2006. Finally it acquired its [Medical product item permission] from KFDA on July 18, 2007. It is no. 14 new drug in Korea.

As there will be severe marketing activities in the market, men with impotency seem to have pleasant worries.

* IIEF : The international index of erectile function(IIEF) describes 5 domains (erectile function, orgasmic function, sexual desire, intercourse satisfaction, and overall satisfaction) related to men’s sexual function. It is the most widely used self-assessment method. Assessed by total 6 questions with 5 points each, 26 and above is normal erectile function.
The IIEF is recommended as a main evaluation index for ED(erectile dysfunction) clinical test and diagnostic evaluation of severity of ED. The IIEF was firstly developed for sildenafil(Viagra) clinical test program, and is adapted as ‘gold standard’ for ED clinical test. Translated into 32 languages including Korean, it is used over 50 countries for effectiveness evaluation in the clinical test for its proven reliability and effectiveness.
The IIEF enables to measure psychological parts of erectile function, adopted in random clinical test of sildenafil and other ED drugs. Various articles have reported it is widely used to classify severity of ED and its prevalence.
