SK chemicals Life Science Institute developed the material by investing over 1 billion won for three years, the company said.SK chemicals said the Korea Food and Drug Administration tested and approved the compound as a new material for cosmetic products, which is effective in healing skin inflammations, such as pimples.Lee Soon-geun, research at the Life Science Research Institute, said ?We will develop various skin care products by applying the material, to meet rising demand for cosmetics products for problematic skins.?Reporter - Soon Jea Hong
