Honeywell (NYSE: HON) announced today the completion of a licensing agreement for high purity (HP) solvent, which includes any ACS/HPLC grade solvent or ACS grade reagent or solvent, with SK chemicals in Korea. Under the agreement, SK chemicals will build a production facility in Ulsan, Korea, utilizing Honeywell Burdick & Jackson (B&J) high purity solvent technology. SK will supply product to Honeywell for customers in Asia.The license agreement also provides SK trademark rights for Honeywell B&J HP solvent to serve the growing Korea market.
