The pharmaceutical industry has recently achieved R&D results worthy of attention, and it has strengthened internal structure capability to diffuse these results.
It was revealed on the 12th that 400 executives from SK Chemical’s ‘Life Science Biz’ marketing sector took part in ‘Early 2016 Marketing Empowerment Education’.
SK Chemical’s ‘Marketing Empowerment Education’, which began in 2001 to strengthen executives’ marketing capabilities and respond to a quickly changing external environment, is the representative pharmaceutical industry education program in the country.
Especially, this year strategy for strengthening marketing expertise was discussed in order to secure the successful introduction of R&D achievements into the market. A variety of products were launched including a 4th cell culture flu vaccine, and new bio drugs are expected to be introduced in advanced overseas markets.
Today’s education provided time to share specific yearly goals and action plans and included the following topics: △2016 Marketing Plan △Suggestions for connecting emotionally with customers△ Business plan for each headquarters.
In addition, to strengthen ethical business, the CP team conducted a seminar on fair trade and self-compliance.

On one hand, this year SK Chemical newly arranged its marketing operations into 4 divisions (Marketing 1, 2, 3, and Vaccine Marketing) in a step to improve marketing effectiveness.
