After naming the CRM system S-Square, SK chemicals intends to utilize the capabilities obtained through efforts for customer satisfaction to develop business models and uses.

The company operates a ‘Voice of the Customer’ process, mainly led by the customer service center.
- The process consists of accepting complaints that customers raise regarding difficulties they face when using the products and defects in quality and resolving these issues in compliance with complaint-handling regulations

SK chemicals newly established QA team is responsible for raising the company’s quality assurance capabilities through integrated management of overall plants’ QA and foundry processing while making a consistent process and system (Oct 2018).
- Systematically reorganize and operate quality management process in the Ulsan Plant (maintain and manage the 1994 and 2015 ISO9001 certifications for the quality management system)
- Establish a quality management system that meets international standards (acquired IATF 16949 (2016), a certification regarding conformance of automobile quality management system)

SK chemicals joined the Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S) of the Ministry of Food Drug Safety in July 2014, and since 2015, has complied with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP),
a standard regarding manufacture and quality management of pharmaceutical products.
- Establish a quality management system to improve quality in consideration of product life cycle based on risk analysis (preparing the foundation for meeting requirements of GMP)
