  • Compliance System

    The Board of Directors operates a Compliance Officer System linked to the Compliance Program (CP), and appoints the head of the Legal Department as a Compliance Officer and CP manager for providing training and follow-up inspections on the CP to promote employees' compliance with laws and regulations. In addition, Compliance Standards, the highest regulations for compliance activities, are established and implemented by the resolution of the Board of Directors and accordingly, the observance of compliance trainings and Compliance Standards is monitored and reported to the Board of Directors once a year.

  • Monitoring and Inspection

    In order to rapidly reflect changes in domestic/overseas laws and social demands into its management, SK chemicals is carrying out its own management consulting. In regards to the overall management, such as management status, performance, plans, and internal regulation operation both in the head office and subsidiaries, we perform management consulting for each job. In addition, we have strengthened compliance by revising and developing internal control systems and internal regulations through our own management consulting.
